These Terms govern your use of Agent Air Direct’s website and services, including Business Signal Intelligence, Business Signal Diagnostic, Business Signal Foundation, AVA AI Speed to Lead Agent, Signal Stewardship, and related consulting, implementation, and workflow support.
Services may be provided as one time projects, recurring services, or custom engagements. The specific scope, deliverables, timing, fees, and responsibilities for an engagement are stated in the applicable proposal, service agreement, order, or written confirmation.
Payment timing and billing terms are stated in the applicable proposal, service agreement, invoice, or order. Recurring services continue and renew as described in the applicable agreement until canceled under those terms.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and any service specific written agreement. Completed work, work already started, incurred costs, usage charges, and service periods already underway may be nonrefundable as described in those documents and as permitted by law.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and authorized business information, approvals, materials, and access reasonably needed to perform the service. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving business facts, claims, pricing, policies, and customer facing information before publication or use.
Agent Air Direct provides consulting, implementation, and workflow support. Results depend on business conditions, customer behavior, third party platforms, and the accuracy of business supplied information. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, recommendations, leads, revenue, platform placement, or regulatory compliance.
Agent Air Direct is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
