Agent Air Direct provides consulting, implementation, and ongoing workflow support for service businesses. We explain the scope and price of a service before work begins. Refunds depend on the work completed and the type of service purchased. The terms in an agreed proposal or service agreement also apply.
The Business Signal Diagnostic is a paid review that produces a prioritized plan. If you cancel before we begin the review, contact us to request a refund. Once we begin reviewing your business, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable. A qualifying diagnostic fee may be applied toward a later implementation project when stated in your proposal; this is a credit toward that project, not a cash refund.
Business Signal Foundation and other custom implementation projects are scoped and priced in a proposal. If you cancel before work begins, contact us to request a refund of any amount paid. Once work begins, completed work and costs already incurred are non-refundable. If a project is stopped before completion, we will review the agreed scope, work performed, and payments received to determine whether any unearned amount is refundable.
The AI Speed to Lead Agent may include a one-time setup fee, a monthly service fee, and applicable usage charges. The setup fee follows the implementation-project terms above. You may cancel the monthly service to stop future monthly billing, subject to the cancellation terms in your agreement. Charges for a service period already started and usage already incurred are non-refundable, except for a billing error or as required by law.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, email us within 7 days of noticing it. Include the service name, charge date, and a brief description of the issue. We will review it promptly. This request period does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
